Edit and customise the image: Once the image is attached, you will be provided with options to adjust the image's size, position, and orientation. After this step, you are now ready to proceed to checkout after adding additional information such a size and quantity.
Image/Design Requirements:
File Format: JPEG, PNG, TIFF, or PSD - These formats preserve image quality and allow for seamless integration into the design process.
File Resolution: A resolution of 300 dpi is the standard. It produces high-quality prints with sharp details and vibrant colour.
Backpacks come with a seven-day guarantee for your satisfaction to ensure product is not faulty or damaged. However, please note that custom photo backpacks are non-refundable unless your order:
- Significantly differs from the description or overview presented to you.
- Is damaged due to the fault of our factory or the carrier.
- Does not correspond to what you ordered (type of product, colour, size, design ...).

To clean your personalised photo backpack, wipe it gently with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid soaking or machine washing to preserve the design and material quality.
