Edit and customise the image: Once the image is attached, you will be provided with options to adjust the image's size, position, and orientation. After this step, you are now ready to proceed to checkout after adding additional information such a size and quantity.
Image/Design Requirements:
File Format: JPEG, PNG, TIFF, or PSD - These formats preserve image quality and allow for seamless integration into the design process.
File Resolution: A resolution of 300 dpi is the standard. It produces high-quality prints with sharp details and vibrant colour.
Jigsaw puzzles come with a seven-day guarantee for your satisfaction to ensure product is not faulty or damaged. However, please note that custom jigsaws are non-refundable unless your order:
- Significantly differs from the description or overview presented to you.
- Is damaged due to the fault of our factory or the carrier.
- Does not correspond to what you ordered (type of product, colour, size, design ...).

Store your personalised jigsaw puzzle pieces in the provided box when not in use to prevent loss and damage. Handle the pieces with clean, dry hands and assemble them on a clean, flat surface. Although our puzzles are fade-resistant, avoid exposure to high humidity and extreme temperatures to prevent warping. Use a special puzzle adhesive to preserve completed puzzles, and consider mounting on a foam board for added stability before framing.
