Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase and we hope you are happy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange depending on the product you purchased. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


All returns must be postmarked within 7 days after receiving your order. We can only accept the item if it is in new and in unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.


To return an item, please email customer service at Alternatively talk to us through the 'Talk to the Shop' feature on the website. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number, along with the returns address. After receiving this, please the item securely in the original packaging, and send the return to the address specified on the email with RMA number. 

Return shipping charges will not be paid or reimbursed by Rugs R Us.


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least two (2) days from the receipt of your item to process your return of exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Products made using an image selected by the customer that is not on our website, ie, a custom image. 

- Defective or damaged products must be reported within 48 hours upon the delivery of the item. Please contact us below to arrange a refund of exchange.
