Edit and customise the image: Once the image is attached, you will be provided with options to adjust the image's size, position, and orientation. After this step, you are now ready to proceed to checkout after adding additional information such a size and quantity.
Image/Design Requirements:
File Format: JPEG, PNG, TIFF, or PSD - These formats preserve image quality and allow for seamless integration into the design process.
File Resolution: A resolution of 300 dpi is the standard. It produces high-quality prints with sharp details and vibrant colour.
Bed sheets come with a seven-day guarantee for your satisfaction to ensure product is not faulty or damaged. However, please note that personalised bedsheets are non-refundable unless your order:
- Significantly differs from the description or overview presented to you.
- Is damaged due to the fault of our factory or the carrier.
- Does not correspond to what you ordered (type of product, colour, size, design ...).

Machine wash your bedsheets at 40°C (104°F) on a gentle cycle using mild detergent. Tumble dry on low heat or air dry for best results. Iron on medium heat if needed. Avoid using bleach and fabric softeners to maintain the quality of the fabric.
